Available again before she even left the building due to a change of direction for the chap we were holding it for,..... here we have another part built 2" scale Clayton Undertype lorry. The boiler is brand new and silver soldered copper,..... and looks very neat and sound to us. The rest, as you can see is nicely made. The frame and bottom end is pretty much complete, with a nice job done on the springs, frame and wheels. There's a nice start made on the engine too, the pistons are in, as are the connecting rods and crank. There's a start made on the valve gear, and essentially a lot of the complicated work done. There's still a decent way to go before she's a finished model, but it's certainly a good start for less than the price of the new boiler.
